how custom orders work

what can i print?

any artwork you have the rights to — your own pattern, a team design, a brand print. we print it all over the glove, on the same white stretch fabric as every zelax pair, in 9" wrist, 17" elbow or 21" opera. png, jpg or webp, at least 800 × 800 px; 2048 px or more prints sharpest. no logos or characters you don't own, no real people without consent, nothing hateful or explicit.

what does it cost?

$9.99 a pair for 9", $11.99 for 17", $12.99 for 21". the minimum is 20 pairs per design, lengths mixable. order 50 pairs or more of one design and the whole design is 10% off. shipping is free everywhere; import duties, where your country charges them, are yours.

how long does it take?

you pay at checkout. we check the artwork within 2 business days and email a digital proof. approve it and we print — your order ships within 2 weeks of the day we received it, tracked, from our production partner in Shenzhen. delivery takes a further 5–15 business days depending on where you are.

can i cancel?

any time before you approve the proof, for a full refund. after approval the gloves are being made for you, so there are no returns except for defects — faulty print, wrong quantity or length, damage in transit. the custom order terms have the details.
