Patterns are personal — sometimes one just doesn’t land right on you. You’ve got 30 days from the day your gloves arrive to send them back.

The basics

• 30 days from delivery to start a return.
• Gloves must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Gift cards and final sale items aren’t eligible for return.

How it works

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and what’s coming back.
2. We’ll reply with a return address and any next steps.
3. Once your return arrives and checks out, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Wrong length, right pattern?

If the fit’s off, we’re happy to exchange for a different length — 9-inch wrist, 17-inch elbow, or 21-inch opera — in the same pattern, subject to availability. Just let us know in your return email.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us right away with a photo and we’ll sort it out at no cost to you.
