Shipping

Your order may ship from any of three locations: our home base in Colorado Springs, Colorado; our U.S. Amazon fulfillment center; or our facility in Shenzhen, China. When an order comes in we look at the delivery address and send it from whichever warehouse can get it to you fastest.

Processing time

Orders are made ready and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders routed through our Shenzhen facility can take a little longer to hand off to the carrier. During busy or limited-drop periods it can take longer too — we’ll always get you moving as fast as we can.

Domestic shipping (U.S.)

Most U.S. orders ship from Colorado Springs or our Amazon fulfillment center. Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on where you’re located. If something you’ve ordered is stocked only in Shenzhen, it ships to you from there and will take longer to arrive — your tracking will show the whole journey. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Depending on where you are and what you’ve ordered, your parcel may leave from the U.S. or from our Shenzhen facility — we pick whichever route gets it to you sooner. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing, so please allow extra time. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected on delivery.

Tracking

You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way, so you can watch it travel to you. If your order includes items held in different warehouses, it may arrive in more than one parcel — you’ll get separate tracking for each.
