welcome to zelax — these are the ground rules. zelax.com is operated by Zelax Inc (“zelax”, “we”, “us”). by browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping, and Returns & Exchanges policies, which are part of the deal.

ordering

when you place an order, the confirmation email means “got it” — not yet “it’s yours”. an order is accepted when it ships. we may cancel or decline an order when something’s off: a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, or an address we can’t ship to. if we cancel, you get a full refund, no drama.

prices & payment

all prices are in US dollars. payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment partners (like Stripe) — we never see or store your full card details. if a listed price is obviously a mistake, we may cancel and refund rather than honor it. any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

shipping

we pack and ship from Colorado Springs, Colorado. processing times, delivery estimates, and destinations live on our Shipping page. international recipients are responsible for any customs duties or import fees. once your package shows as delivered to your address, it’s in your care.

returns & exchanges

you have 30 days from delivery to send gloves back — unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. the full how-to, including exchanges between the three lengths, lives on our Returns & Exchanges page. damaged or incorrect orders are on us: email [email protected] with a photo and we’ll make it right.

your part

you agree to give us accurate info when ordering, to use the site for normal shopping — not scraping, hacking, or anything shady — and to be old enough to buy where you live, or shopping with a parent or guardian’s okay.

our stuff

everything on this site — the zelax name, logo, glove patterns, photos, videos, and words — belongs to Zelax Inc or its licensors. please don’t copy, resell, or reuse it commercially without written permission. wearing the gloves everywhere: encouraged.

the legal bits

the site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent the law allows. we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid for the order in question. nothing here limits consumer rights that can’t be waived.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.

changes

we may update these terms from time to time — the version posted when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
